Muscle cars are quite popular and Dodge has unveiled their most powerful muscle car in the form of new 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT. The new muscle car is powered by all-new supercharged 6.2 liter HEMI engine which is also known as the Hellcat engine. The new engine is race inspired and is tweaked to offer racing-like performance. The engine produces 707 horsepower and 650 lb feet of torque. The all new 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT also gets TorqueFlite eight speed automatic transmission that is available on both Dodge and Challenge SRT models. The vehicle engine can also be mated with optional six speed manual transmission.
To handle the fast performance, Dodge Challenger SRT will feature Pirelli tire technology that can handle extreme loads. The vehicle will also have exclusive forged-aluminum wheels. It also has better braking system and interiors that have driver-focused cockpit for true performance enthusiasts and state of the art technology to make the entire experience truly racing.
