Ford and Petty’s Garage Join Hands For Mustang GT

Ford and Petty’s Garage have joined hands to create a limited edition fastback. Petty’s Garage Mustang GT was first unveiled at 2014 SEMA where it gathered great appreciation from the audience. Considering this, Ford and Petty’s Garage decided to make this concept a reality by producing a limited supply of this beauty in two models; Stage 1 and Stage 2. The automaker and the tuner will produce just 100 units of Stage 1and 43 units of Stage 2.

Talking about the specs, Petty’s Garage Mustang GT Stage 1 would enclose a 5.0-liter Ford Racing/Roush Performance supercharged engine generating 627 hp. Having Richard Petty’s signature on the dashboard, the car will be equipped with MagnaFlow center exhaust, HRE FlowForm wheels and Petty’s Garage bodykit.

The Stage 2, however, would sport Petty Blue trimmed three-piece 20-inch forged HRE wheels, and a Wildwood big brake upgrade with Petty Blue calipers. These models will be revealed in a two-tone electrifying blue and black paint job.

The Petty’s Garage Mustang GT can be ordered from any Ford dealership for a starting price of $62,210.
