When it comes to car driving teens are really not that serious and therefore many of the surveys have now revealed that most of the car accidents that are happening in North America involves teenagers that are between 16 to 21 years of age. This is why many agencies and companies are now trying to curb the situation with better awareness campaigns and events that can allow teenagers to make sure that they drive safely. Teens Drive Smart is just another new campaign by Bridgestone Americas that will in some way help teenagers to understand that driving recklessly will only create more problems for them.
As per the survey done by Bridgestone Americas most of the teenagers feel that they are better and safe drivers if they have never got a speeding ticket or if they have never wrecked their car. However, Bridgestone Teens Drive Smart Video Contest will make sure that teenagers know more about the driving safety when they are on the roads with their vehicles. The contest will allow teenagers to participate and create their own video for 25 seconds to 55 seconds about driving safely on the roads. They can send their videos to Bridgestone Americas. Out of the lot, top ten videos will be selected as finalists and all the ten videos will be uploaded on the Teensdrivesmart.com website. People will then start the voting procedure and Bridgestone Americas will look out for the top three videos that get the most votes.
The top three finalists will then be awarded by Bridgestone Americas. The winner of the contest will get $25,000 college scholarship and the video will be played on MTV Jumbotron in Times Square in New York for a month. The second prize winner will enjoy $15,000 college scholarship and the third winner will get college scholarships worth $10,000. All the other finalists will receive a set of tires from Bridgestone Americas as a token of appreciation.

This is not the right thing because it won’t help much the students who are already rich kids.
