Smaller Cadillac SRZ at Affordable Prices
Cadillac is going to hit the bull’s eye of the market with its 2010 SRX and wagon redesigned models and its release is expected on late summer. The newly redesigned 2010 SRX is expected to carry a price tag of $34155 .This rate is $7080 less than its more pronounced rival V6.This price includes the cost of shipping. Front drive SRX can afford seats for five people with its smaller outline. Other related technical specifications are 265 hp, direct injection v6 and 3.0 liter. Another variation of the specifications is 300 hp, 2.8 liter V6.
Penske Employs Saturn to Sell Renault Samsung Models
One of the world’s richest entrepreneurs Robert Penske has plans to use the newly acquired dealership of Saturn to sell the vehicles manufactured by Renault and Nissan. Earlier the automobile mastermind made a wise decision in buying only the dealership of Saturn rather than buying its entire manufacturing business and surprised others in the business. Now he uses his brain to see more profit by selling vehicles that are manufactured by the Renault Samsung motors and those that are imported directly from South Korea.
According to news from Automobile magazines, there was an all important meet between Penske and the CEO of Renault and Nissan, Carlos Ghosn in Paris where important decisions we discussed regarding this plan. Penske’s move to sell Renault Samsung vehicles shows the confidence he has on the company.
Daimler AG Acquires 10% Stake in Tesla Motors
German automaker Daimler AG has got almost 10% stakes in Tesla Motors, a California based electric auto maker. Previously, both these automakers have been working together to put assemble lithium-ion battery from Tesla in first 1000 Smart car from Daimler AG.
According to Daimler AG this acquisition will prove quite effective for both the companies and they will work even closer to for new and efficient battery systems development, projects of individual vehicles and other electric drive systems.
“This collaboration will prove quite effective for the acceleration of electric drives’ commercialization globally,” says Thomas Weber, the head of research at Daimler AG.
Paul Walker driven Nissan Skyline stolen from its facility storage

Ford Overhauls Michigan Plant to Build New Focus
The production of the new Ford Focus is the next big project for the Ford Motor Company. The company will spend close to $550 million in manufacturing, engineering and launching costs for this project which is set to start next year. This will also see the company’s Michigan Assembly plant being remodeled in readiness for the production of the new versions of Ford Focus for 2011 and most likely 2012’s hybrid versions will follow suit.
